Hi Team, the Apna Helper chatbot on the ApniPathshala website is stopping after 2 questions. It shows a “consult directly with our team” message and hides the question/input bar, so users cannot continue chatting. Please resolve this so users can continue asking questions without interruption.

Very weird scenario. We have temporarily removed the erroneous data from chatbot’s memory, but engineers are looking into how best to fix this and other such scenarios.

I am able to open the dashboard. Its working. Based on last update Vaaneet had to disconnect whatsapp and reconnect. He did it and confirmed it in the group.

Same with brikoven, the number issue is still on, the number is active but logged off from whatsapp business. Asked him if the number is available.

The icons are a little confusing because there is a red mic with a cross and I'm not sure whether that means that I need to click on it before I start speaking or whether it's ready to listen 3. Is there any way the transcript can be shown while having the conversation? 4. Also there is quite a long lag between my pressing on the chatbot and her starting so I think you need to let people know that something is happening in the background

When the user selects an astrologer and completes the process of verifying via otp and filling up the details form, the user gets the option to select chat. 2. When clicked on Chat option, user gets redirected back to step one to verify via otp and fill the form. 3. Whats needed: After otp verification and form filling when the user selects chat. The chat must open.

API documentation of ReserveGo 2. A test account / test mode for development 3. API access of ReserveGo (API key / OAuth / token whichever applies)
