We’re noting these things down. But won’t fix it for the next 2 weeks. Why? Because the easy, short term fix is to add such nuances in the prompt. THat’s what we used to do at BeyondChats. But then after a couple of months, the prompt gets bloated, the LLM gets confused because nuances become conflicting, PLUS, this increases input token costs by A LOT. So what I want to do instead is to figure out how we can “fine-tune” the model or “train” it about such scenarios instead. The way LLMs already *know* what to say / how to respond in different scenarios.

The AI twin seems to have a bad habit of echoing the last statement and repeating itself

We just want them to get started by sending us an email and this is why we need to reduce friction

But I think what will typically happen is people will go ahead and test out the service from the landing page by sending an email, perhaps without any attachments. When they get a reply they will get enough confidence to be able to then continue the email trail conversation and start adding records

We use SERP-API for websearches in content generation pipeline. We get 250 search credits per month. We have created 10 different accounts so we get 2.5k free search credits now. This works, and pay nhi krna padta hai additional kuch. But 2 days ago, we added IndianAngel to the list of websites we automate content for. And phir 2 din se I am running SEO-Forge experiments where we used a lot more search credits. So exhaust ho gye the saare accounts.

AWS Costs investigation is complete The culprit for the exponential rise in costs was an instance that I had created to backup everything from Plesk. It was a 650 GB large server. We have auto-backup schedule that creates 1 copy every day and preserves 30 days worth of copies. That translated to 650 * 30 = 19,500 GB of data stored in AWS unnecessarily. This was the reason for the sudden increase in AWS costs.

How can I track that the errors which I identify when doing a manual review of the chatbot conversations have been fixed?

It’s pretty old, has lots of duplicate plugins, caching plugin exists but isn’t being used, sitemap generation has not happened properly, most plugins are outdated. Have fixed a lot of this. Update 2: I got an email today that our BeyondChats’ AWS bills have already crossed $500 for July. This was very alarming. Our costs used to used to remain under $150 till May. It makes sene to get an added $150 bill for DrMalpani and other websites that we are not hosting. But even that should have been monthly increase. So I spent a big chunk of my time giving claude access to aws and then working with it to figure out what was going on.

TL;DR related bugs are now fixed. 10 articles have been scheduled each day now for Tl;dr integration That section has also been renamed to “Quick Summary” now.
