If from a single mobile number there are multiple chats (from various platforms as well) then they’ll come under same contact and we can navigate all those chats related to that user like this. (See sessions)

Please ask claude to make it much more aesthetically pleasing while still preserving ease of use / intuitiveness. 2) On the chat-embed side, please open a calendar view with available dates + time slots pre-set. Instead of asking user for their time in natural language. Because if user shares a time that dr is not available at, that will be frustrating.
