Finished the lead scoring task. It's live on dev and ready for testing. What's new: Earlier, changing how a client's leads get scored (Hot/Warm/Cold) needed a developer to edit code. Now it's editable directly from the Prompt Engineering page — anyone with access can tune it in seconds. You can also see exactly which scoring rules an org is currently using, edit them, and undo any change if something goes wrong.
