Sorry for delivering this task late my system is on its last stage taking longer than usual in running workflows and agents will replace it next month

And there is the test number linked to the WhatsApp bulk dashboard that’s why not able to test it e2e

Ran the test explicitly and also there was data and templates for dr malpani which we use to sent messages and links while testing so there the data is being shown accordingly

Yes it’s also showing test number warning on integration now

The remaining 5 requirements are intentionally left out because they depend on external tooling rather than our platform. They require PostHog (feature usage, engagement, rage/dead clicks), Sentry (crash reporting), and a support/ticketing system like Zendesk/Freshdesk/Intercom (CSM response time, tickets, feedback). We should decide whether to integrate these tools or build these capabilities ourselves.

You mentioned whatsapp number is not linked in dev dashboard, right?

Agreed waba dashboard should remain the source of truth for WhatsApp analytics. Clinic OS will only surface the required adoption/outcome metrics by consuming that data, not duplicate the dashboard.

Update – BeyondChats × Clinic OS Implemented T2.2: Clinic OS now sends clinical events to the WhatsApp Bulk Messaging (WBM) engine through the existing event system. Used the existing architecture instead of adding duplicate logic. Added clinic-level event isolation to prevent cross-clinic journey triggers. All tests passed (107/107) and the MR is ready. Verified the auth flow: one BeyondChats login now securely provides access to the WhatsApp Engine via a scoped Node token—no separate login needed. We need to make it intuitive for them to still do what they want to do, from where they want to do it They should never feel stuck Ex: If no doc exists and we need docs to take “Book appointment” action, we should inform user about it clearly and give option to create doc right there. Instead of expecting user to cancel current action, then figure out on their own how to fill the missing pieces that are restricting them from taking the booking action

From this point not focusing on developing the new things, only refinements and making sure everything we have working from both mobile and desktop end mobile version may take sometime as need to design screens according to it

The reality is that most people are mobile users. While some staff members who will be power-users will use clinicOS on desktop. So we need to build clinicOS in a way that we support both platforms very reliably.

Onboarding BeyondChats as a client is the TOP priority. How come you didn’t have time for this?

Also, we need a way to auto detect crashes & errors - and centrally track them across clients. Maybe by re-using BeyondChats ka jo support section hai. A new crash auto-creates a support ticket there and saves all logs about the crash. Please do this
