Overall, she’s a good speaker. She knows the dashboard. But has a LOT of room to grow in terms of exciting the customer, having a conversation - not just explaining the dashbaord.

If that’s not happening, the client is not interested. Doesn’t mean they dont need the product. Just means we couldn’t draw excite the client through the call

By the end of the call, It should be the client telling the salesperson where they see BeyondChats best fitting in their company, it should be the client asking 10 other questions of how else BeyondChats can benefit them, can it do this, can it do that

They need to have VERY good clarity on why they should switch, how switching - which takes a lot of time, energy, effort - will be a better option for them compared to their current infra

And because the entire call was about Ritika giving demo or asking questions whose answers she didn’t get, the client also would feel pretty uninterested in the product.

Post-demo is the real conversion-related conversation. That was done poorly. She didn’t know how to close, how to move the conversation in a direction that she wanted.

Have a conversation. Always. If the customer isn’t talking more than you, you’ve already lost.

I wasn’t even checking the screen and was doing my own work after 2 min, Ritika didn’t care.

The call directly jumped to Q&A, the questions felt a little invasive so early in the conversation.

Should have personalised the interview - needs to understand the pain points, whether client has explored AI / chatbots uptil now, what are their current priorities / requirements , etc. The reality is asking these questions directly won’t get you answers to these questions. You need to have a conversation with the person and FIGURE OUT the answers through that converastion.

Was asking me questions which I couldnt answer because my role was not right for the questions. But she kept asking - as though fixed set of questions hain

She kept speaking for almost 10 minutes straight. Her voice broke at several places, I left and re-joined, but she had no clue. It got very boring within 5 seconds because I dont care about the dashboard and every micro-feature
