Analytics Dashboard is very poor All options need to be made live (PHASE 1)

-> Talk to Claude + chatGPT. Show it existing analytics options - even the disabled ones. Also share all features we have (The original executive summary / claude.md mention these) -> Create a documentation of which stats needs to be added to analytics dashboard, under which categories. -> NEEDS to be client-focused - what will be relevant for our client. Why will they benefit from this analytics. -> We prioritise. Ask Claude to convert it phases. Create research doc. Ask Pankaj to approve. -> Build it.
