Sub task 1: document all of the external integrations Sub task 2: start with ones that our clients actually use Is whatsapp integration working fine? Is insta? Is website? Is live chat? Also if AI responses is working (Phase 2 planning to add all infra , shll we add this with that??) Etc. When was last msg received from each channel? For all main features: - status page on dashboard: confirms up/down (org scoped) End goal expectation: if any external integration fails or disconnects then it should be logged and admins should get notified Caveat: this might cover alot of projects so do it in phases.
