If any new row is created on bugs report then auto-attach log files for the day the buggy chat happened

User journey: 1. someone adds a new row on bugs report. 2. our system detects this new row. Parses "Chat Link" column for message_id and chat_id. 3. calls laravel API to fetch logs for the day message_id && chat_id happened. Add a param called: fetch_ml (boolean). 4. if fetch_ml = True then also call the node server for the log files of that day 5. log files get attached to a new column in bugs report sheet: "Logs" - Search what app scripts are (may be required for bugs report sheet automation) - Coordinate with Devanshu if required for app script support on bugs report sheet. Test if able to: 1. fetch log files from dev server 2. auto attaching works
