Define a release schedule

"dev" branch is becoming a mess. "staging" branch isnt being touched at all. After a certain time, "dev" branch will diverge too much from the "prod" branch. There needs to be a release schedule where features from "dev" branches are merged into staging for testing and once testing is complete, the staging branch is merged into prod.
