Make Discord reporting better.

Lots of irrelevant logs. Logs don't have correct API URL. Internal crashes need to be detected, logged and tracked MUCH better etc -> Bailleys crash on Della went undetected Steps: 1) debug highly recurring errors 2) check if some errors should be turned into warnings instead; these should have their own discord channel 3) add validation to /save_error_log API 4) check if background-flask and node server correctly pass all the params required to /save_error_log 5) check if frontend correctly passes
