In the SS, AI generation wasnt triggered because users message was non-english. We already store non_english as the suppression reason in sources but its not being used.

We are using Laravel Telescope in “dev” context (as mentioned in composer.json) But executing composer install —no-dev doesnt work since telescope isn’t built w “dev-only” implementation. So prod m bhi install krna padega. Not good.
