Also found another bug in link grounding where the trusted Links did not include any links from the org’s prompt and lead to suppression of the message

Also there was another bug @267155589353519 the bot didn’t suggest trapit when user said they werent ready to quit fixed it too

For this whatsapp number, AI chatbot is disabled. But still dashboard is showing whatsapp msgs. Campaign msgs were sent to a lot of people - each DM triggered a new chat, and hence a new email to admins
