What's working: New tickets land in an admin-only bucket, then get distributed to logged-in agents (round robin) Distribution only happens 10am–7pm IST, only to agents who are online. After hours, tickets just sit in the bucket and go out next morning once agents log in 1 hour SLA on first response, all 7 days. Cause currently we only rolled it out as demo only which trigger from buy keyword and showing 1 hardcoded product or price and just showing the validation on ui only

Razorpay functionality do we need it for drmalpani or for the future orgs too for that need to control it via dashboard

and this is not prompt engineering friendly. There is no way to visualize what the final prompt is going to look like. Need the final prompt to get rendered on the right side. This final prompt should contain the other missing sections as well that are dynamically inserted. you can use placeholders for those dynamic sections (talking about static info) and actual values for prompt, org_description, business actions (important links basically), unsure_msg (aka unsure instructions in node) etc
