Where should we include mortality check? The natural place for this is the existing "Expired" stage in the pipeline — it's reachable from Approved/Sanctioned/Paid specifically for this. What's missing is a "Mark as Expired" action (like the existing No-Need button) that captures date of death and moves the case there.

What does In-Follow means ? In Follow Up — after payment, before the case fully closes: this is where the routine post-payment follow-up calls and feedback collection happen (weekly calls until discharge, feedback calls after payment).

What is the difference between Approved / sanctioned - Approved — leadership said yes and picked the donor + amount. Internal decision made, but the sanction letter hasn't gone out yet. - Sanctioned — the sanction letter has actually been generated and sent to the family/hospital.
