• *Several Chatbot Bugs Addressed:* Nithin R fixed the Shadow DOM for drmalpani.com embed and the integration page status for your bulk WhatsApp messaging. He also resolved support ticket opening issues, with fixes now on staging. Playwright UI/UX testing is live post-deploy. Shahid flagged 13 existing bugs needing verification and ETA. The bot showed issues: Hindi response for English query (ticket 1091), failed suggestion for 'report analyser' (ticket 1090), and a generic Razorpay link (ticket 1107). Sitemap scraping for chatbot training is live with weekly runs.
• *BeyondChats & ClinicOS:* The Beyondchats answer engine is live, with optimized vector DB retrieval, crash detection, unit tests, and rollback mechanisms. We've defined the SOP for ClinicOS experiment lifecycle. ClinicOS now acts as a CRM/orchestrator, with Devanshu connecting it to BeyondChats dashboard. Core unified WhatsApp architecture for ClinicOS/WBM is *in place* on dev. 27/32 usage tracking points are implemented (20 live). Pankaj fixed the Meta WABA currency config issue, enabling further testing. *WhatsApp Journeys implementation is still delayed.* Yash noted performance issues and needed 1-2 extra days for usage tracking UI simplification.
• *Dr. Malpani Website & SEO-Forge:* Saurabh deployed the drmalpani.com homepage hero section A/B split test with GA events, after fixing UI issues. SEO-Forge autopilot is set to generate 1 article/day for TBMC and optimize 1 for Dr. Malpani (after an API key fix). The Hindi article pipeline issue was fixed and updated on drmalpani.com. You noted derogatory AI images and poor English in a new article; Pankaj is addressing this. Design & aesthetics need focus for a unified look.
• *AI Twin:* Saurabh deployed the AI Twin Inquiry agent MVP for testing (ai-twin.drmalpani.com), showing patient history. Session resume using drmalpani logic is implemented. Intake agent flow (ai-twin.drmalpani.com/intake) was updated with shorter questions, new widgets, data persistence, and early info capture. *Feedback includes the bot asking too much, mixed languages, and mispronunciations.* The video twin is deactivated on the main clinic site and is not longer accessible via ai-twin.drmalpani.com.
• *Email Automation:* Pankaj received 100+ ticket emails, which wasted ZeptoMail credits; this needs to be stopped.
*This week's focus*
• *Fix issues raised by Dr Malpani:* Conversations tab doesn't hyperlink URLs, Medical Vault inaccessible, non-toxic condoms page didn't have buy link, etc.
• *Chatbot Quality:* Address chatbot pending chatbot issues (already mapped in support tickets section)
• *Dr. Malpani Website Redesign & SEO:* Pankaj will prioritize a unified design language across drmalpani.com. This is a major overhaul. May take up the entire week and a LOT of AI tokens.
• *Make ClinicOS & WhatsApp Journeys LIVE:* Finalize ClinicOS UI issues, deploy on DrMalpani clinic before the week ends.
• *Finalise MICELabs changes:* On the verge of completion. Need to finalise in first half of the week.
• *IndianAngel revamp:* IndianAngel blogs UI is poor. Search Console and GA brought up several issues. Mobile view is terrible. Needs to be fixed on priority.
• *Experiments ROI action plan:* This is still missing. Even though Pankaj & team have made decent stride internally. Time to share the plan and start execution.
